We submit the paperwork to CMHA, complete the inspection, and hand you the keys once it's approved.

Do you accept Section 8 / CMHA vouchers?
Yes. Our homes are set up for Housing Choice Voucher families, and we work with CMHA on the paperwork and inspection. Tell us your voucher size and we'll match you with homes that fit.
Are pets allowed?
Small-breed pets are allowed. Please tell us about any pets when you apply so we can include them on the lease.
Which utilities do I pay?
Tenants pay gas and electric. The owner covers water, sewer and trash.
What appliances are included?
Every home comes with a stove and refrigerator.
